Graduated with a Master’s Degree from Notre Dame de Namur University after having received a Bachelor’s Degree from San Francisco State University in Child & Adolescent Development, Youth & Family Services. Art therapy is the primary focus along with talk therapy utilizing Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Mindfulness based, and Family Systems theories. Continued education from Vital psychedelic training as well as personal experience with harm reduction and integration. 

Over 16 years working in mental health with a unique experience in a variety of settings; day & residential programs, hospital & crisis, as well as private practice. Volunteered in several Countries, offering art & talk therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and gained a healthy perspective about culture, gender dynamics, sexual orientation, and non binary identities. Everyone should have reliable, non-judgmental and effective care. Care being the main objective, we all deserve the right to unbiased service. Volunteering in Peru at a Shamanic retreat was the introduction to psychedelics and non ordinary states of consciousness, a life changing experience that became integrated in both professional and personal ideology. Emotional, physical, and spiritual safety are cornerstones to a safe journey – often there are no words to describe one’s trajectory.
